Zaaton provides video production, live streaming, web design, and related creative services. All services are subject to availability and our professional discretion.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Refund policies for specific services will be detailed in your service agreement.
Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate usage rights as specified in their project agreement. Zaaton retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Zaaton's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
